Copyright Policy

dapiff indexes publicly listed metadata. A listing on the Internet Archive does not mean we have permission to redistribute its contents, and we do not assume it does.

Our approach

Catalog entries start as pending review. Nothing becomes playable on this site just because it is listed.

Reporting

Rights holders can request removal or restriction of a listing through the takedown process. Reported material can be restricted while it is reviewed, and decisions are recorded.

This policy is a draft and has not been reviewed by counsel. No registered agent has been designated yet.
